Have you ever had one of those days, where you start out on the right track only to take a sharp turn and go downhill? Well that was me this today.... I sat down early this morning, logged my meals and snacks for the day. I Stayed on the lower end of calories as I am fighting a bout of Bursitis in my hip, and I can't walk very far... Anyway lunch comes along, and, I get in 7 8oz. glasses of water, and then I decide to make some cookies. I used Calorie King for all of the ingredients, that way I knew how much each one worked out to be, because I knew I would be having some... Well..... it went downhill from there... and in a BIG way.... needless to say, I'm having fish and vegetables for supper.. Oh well, tomorrow is another day...

Cookies are impossible to eat in moderation :sad:
Like you said though, tomorrow is another day. A handful of cookies on one day will be a minimal blip in the long run.0
