Thanks! I also heard from my mom that it is somewhat genetic. All of the women in my family are healthy and thin but they still have that extra little bit of skin/fat

maybe you can try to get her and her friends to sign up for an active activity together like dance or a sport, that way they will be doing it together and it will seem less like a work out. even if they just walk around the neighborhood together to chat, or maybe u could suggest her riding her bike to school?

thanks everyone so much for the feedback! I'm a fruit fiend so I will try to eat more veggies maybe that will help. i mean it's a tiny pooch but it bothers me....I also bloat after I eat anything...no matter what it is or how much....i don't know how to fix that either...maybe my abs are too weak

I used to be a dancer and we did alot of crunches...im not sure if that contributed to just the upper abs developing. But what specific exercises would be good for my lower abs?

Im a female. I dont think it's my ribs although they do stick out strangely a little....i guess it's just the way they are because I am eating a proper amount, but this "ab" results in a crease above my belly button.

i find that I always need to be chewing something so to avoid eating loads of food, i use gum. I'm addicted and i'm trying to ween off of it but so far it has helped so much.

^^^^SAME! I was too low on calories so I would be good all week and then every Sunday it was like my body couldn't take it and I was craving everything in sight. Also, my cravings are worse during that time of the month.

This makes sense! Now that you mentioned it, I haven't had a decent poop in 3 days. Thanks everyone I feel alot better about everything now. I just have to keep reminding myself to love my body no matter what =)

I like using balsamic vinegar or a lite vinegarette…
