hi! Im a natural strawberry blonde too!! :) Im 41 and over weight, i also have the midsection problem!! Ill be happy to share comments with ya, friends make this work alot better. Ive only been doing it since the middle of may, ive lost 3 pounds so far....but at least its a loss!!!
