Something about you reminds me of Tom Hiddleston, and that is a good thing. Good work!

One of my favorite success stories in a long time. You are not only a fitness hero but no slouch as a writer!

Way to go! You have such determination. P.S. I love the Lightning McQueen sofa chair. We had one for years that we adored.

You aren't alone! I was so shocked to see I am barely 5' 10" and I used to easily be 5'11". I've seen a couple of others in the success stories say they got better posture as they lost weight. Could gravity be pulling on my fat and shrinking me? It would be so cool to not only be back to my pre baby weight but my pre baby…

White sports bra is january 2017. I weighed 192. Green bra is a month later at 186. I don't have a current one but I am down to about 184. Height: 5'10" SW: 246 (38 weeks pregnant with 5th c-section baby) CW: 184 GW: 150

5'10" and I am currently about 185. When I was skinny fat I was 150. I guess 160 is realistic if I want to be slim with some muscle. My calories are set at 1350 but that seems a little aggressive.

So glad you posted this! Thanks for inspiring me and everyone who read this. Real, down-to-earth, success.

You have come so far! Look at all the good habits you have! Having a baby can change stuff. But so can working out. There are some amazing threads on here with pictures of women who look great after baby. I don't know if you'll ever be exactly the same as before, there are so many factors. I had a roommate in college who,…

I like lifting because it takes a long time to lose my results. Last fall I got really sick and couldn't work out for 3 months, then I got pregnant (more sick) and finally canceled my gym membership halfway through my pregnancy. And yet, not until today, pretty much a full year later, have I lost the great muscle tone I…

I am 5'11" with what body calipers say is a small frame. Highest weight (pregnant): 240 Current Weight: 208 Goal weight: 155 I was 155 when I got married 12 years ago but I felt fat. Looking back at pictures I looked fine. I think what I know now about lifting would get rid of the jiggle that I had at 155. Sooo kinda…

I am 5'11 and pregnant (due in Sept) so my current weight is pretty useless. I was 187 before I got pregnant, and I felt like I looked pretty nice. I carry a lot of my weight in my midsection, so if I wore the right clothes I looked good. Not thin, but okay. I was 155-160 when I got married, and I looked really good…

It's funny because it's true!

I have never heard of weight gain associated with Mirena and I am getting mt second one next week. I was fat before and I was able to lose wight with it in by making good choices. I wish I could blame something other than myself for my fatness. Oh wait, I have four kids.

Wow that is a huge breakthrough! I hope you feel that.

When you are tracking food each day, add "breast feeding" and it will give you a calorie deficit. Each ounce you produce takes 20 calories from your body. I am 5'10" and I am supposed to eat 1600ish (not trying to lose fast) and with the breast feeding I should eat over 2000 calories a day. I was surprised how easy MFP…
