  • Mine are pretty boring. Here are my favorite 3 toppings: 1. salt & pepper 2. Pico de gallo 3. Sriracha Sometimes I mix it up and add 1/2 cup of beans to it.
  • I don't think it would count as exercise. My trainer will have me hold 3 stretches for 30seconds each as part of my cool down after working out.
