Oh oh oh! S'mores, Double Chocolate chunk, and Peanut butter are the ones that hit the cravings the most. I wouldn't turn down the Cookies' N Cream, Banana Nut, or Cinnamon Roll, either. I can't wait to try the mint!

I would suggest cycle. Your body got adjusted to the 1200kcal and you are at the plateau. Change up the style of exercise. Try 900 cal one day and 1500 another because at the end of the week you are still averaging 1200. Have the higher days that you do a harder workout. Are you getting enough sleep? Try carb cycling.…

Too high in protein and not enough of either fuel (fat or carbs) can cause what is called rabbit starvation. Look that one up.

Its much more fat than protein and carbs. The idea is that is much more satisfying and curves hunger. I think its like 50-70% calories from fat, ~20%-35% protein and the rest carbs. Women need to be careful because our biochemistry requires some level of carbs.

I don't think its as simple as macros like carbs vs fats. Its types of carbs. Fibers vs refined sugars. Complex vs. simple.

There is more to just calories in vs calories out. You should be concerned of sugar. Eating 500 cal of sugar vs 500 cal of complex carbs and fiber are not the same for your gut.
