App for Heart Rate monitoring
I have a Polar H7 and trying to use it for calories burned. I wish to use it for interval training and daily wear to track a day as well. The Polar app seems poor for interval training and the RunKeeper is poor for calories burned. Anyone have app suggestions for IOS?

The last 100-200 calories
There have been some days that I have 100-200 calories left in the day. I am content at that for the day but I never want to waste a calorie so I forge for the remaining amount only to find my hunger is jump started!
