I assume they are sore from strength workouts. Light cardio can help getting blood flow to the muscles. It may me suck getting started but just walk. If I run, it breaks up the soreness before the 1st mile is done. Once you have warmed up you can add in some targeting stretches. Also can try hot Epsom salt bath soaks.

On sore days it helps to do light cardio to get blood flowing to the muscles. A brisk walk to a run can be very helpful. This allows you to warm up enough to get in more stretching, too.

As of late I've been skipping breakfast altogether. I bunch all of my calories into a small eating window. I have less many small meals and more like two nice sized ones. Scrambled eggs in a mug. Super quick. Grease the inside of a coffee mug. Crack an egg or two and add maybe 1 tsp water. Scramble with fork. Microwave for 40 sec. Scramble again and nuke again until cooked. Sometimes I'll add veggies. If you have the time, veggie omelet.

Workouts can stimulate your hunger. Its the body's way to repair and build. Its difficult. My hunger gets worse the day AFTER a hard workout so if its a rest day I eat in surplus that day. I've been trying to train my hunger by eating more on those days.

I will note I didn't add pumpkin spices but it works, too. Puree just diluted the PB so it wasn't all the calories just to spread on toast.

I've added pumpkin puree to peanut butter to lighten it up. On toast it wasn't bad because the texture is hidden. Depending on how much you add its not bad. I've done it with apple sauce and mushed bananas, too. Pumpkin is great to use as a filler just like any summer squash.

From my understanding you should get Ketostick to test your ketone levels in your urine. Because everyone is different your carb tolerance may allow you more or less wiggle room. If you don't hit your ideal numbers lower your carbs and/or protein. If you are great add a few carbs and see how that pans out. I'm too nervous…

The "complete diary" aspect is a guide for estimates but by no means needs to be done. Instead just brush your teeth. You'll get that feeling of "I'm done for the day" and less cavities! Go with your hunger but don't consistently go too low otherwise when you are hungry your body will be more efficient with those calories.

I'm just gonna say that I work out 6-7 days a week (intensely) but don't wash my hair more than every other day somethings longer. Put a cap on it and add a little hair drying in low heat. Serotonin is created in the gut so it is plausible that eating sugary foods changed the gut flora lowering your body's production of serotonin. I guess your gut community can change within 3 days of diet change. Good luck getting back on the horse!
