  • I've been working out like crazy this week and eating healthy. My daily food chart keeps telling me I'm not eating enough but eating is what got me so fat to start with so I don't believe it! Weigh in is tomorrow and according to my lying scales I've lost .2 for the week so will have to see tomorrow morning.... Gotta…

  • Six pounds from goal! That is so awesome. I can only imagine how good that feels. I hate to say it but from what I undersand the last 5 lbs are the worse. Hang in there....you can do it!
  • I know what you mean, I recently found the site and have found keeping track of my food and exercise is so much easier and I think it's pretty cool that there is a TOPS group too!
  • Wow...You have lost 65 lbs?? That is so awesome. I know how those plateau's are. Makes you want to smash those stupid scales but you know sometimes the body needs to kick back and readjust. Don't give up, it's just a matter of time before the numbers are once again your friend.

  • That's easy. Just wear heavier clothes when you weigh and then if you can maintain the lower weight change the goal. That's not cheating, right? I'm with Rose. How awesome that you are looking at lowering your goal. That's grrrrrrrreat!
  • Since I found this site I've been using the food journaling here. It is so easy compared to other sites I've been to and printable so I can take to meetings. I like the fact that you can enter your exercise and it shows up on the page also. This site is a win, win!
