I had the same problem and all the same symptom I even see a few different doctor and try everything you did. Then my gyno. Told me to try magnesium citrate and finally had my BM. Try and see if that help.

I tried p90x too but can't stick with everyday for me it was boring then I discover Turbo Fire and falling in love... Fun,lots of music and Chalene is great never boring!

@ Matt Wild ,I think a tbs of nutella in a slice of whole grain bread is the same of PB jelly,and people said that's healthy!!!To me nutella is a great snack in moderation like everything!!!

I take my medicine every morning on empty stomach a list 30 minutes before eating breakfast I don't lose weight fast but it can be done!!!!You NEED to take your medicine or you will risk to gain weight.
