I occasionally go under the 1200 cals, but usually it's only 40 to 70 cals under. I set my daily cals for 1300 and balance without hunger and still losing weight gradually. Stick with the recommendations and you'll get there.

I weigh in everyday when I get up and yes it does fluctuate, but I use the information to adjust my meals. It allows me to change not only what I eat, but what time of day I eat it.
