  • I agree with you on this-it is so hard to not ever eat things that you like. You can however, teach yourself to eat a smaller portion. Like a slice of cake, instead of the whole cake. I don't think this ruins your diet or anything-you just have to allow for it in your calories for the day and do a little more exercising.…

  • Good Luck to you-I think we all know that this is a long and hard journey. This website is really good and has helped me in tracking what I eat, as well as my exercise. When you can see it, you know what you need to cut out or work on. Anyway, good luck to you and I know you can do this.

  • Congratulations! What a great thing-it is so hard when you weigh and feel like you have really been working only to see the same weight or heavier. So good for you-I'm proud for you and I'm hoping that I will get there eventually too.
