I am a heavy lifter. You're basically pushing yourself soooo hard to a limit that when that final set is over, it's easier to throw it down then to set it down nicely, LOL.

Switch up your routine. If you're doing the same exercises everyday then you won't see more progress. The key is interval training and muscle confusion.

try not to focus on calories. chips and pasta are equally bad no matter what. they're both simple white sugars that dump right into your body. instead, try to get whole wheat crackers or something.

Your calorie intake may be too low for your amount of exercise. Can you be specific on how much you exercise? any programs? how many days a week? When you eat too less, your body dumps off extra hormones that causes a weight gain or plateau.

LOW CARB, lean meats, TONS of fruits and veggies all day. Eat 5-6 small meals per day. Nothing boxed, frozen, or canned. Basically, shop the perimeter of the store and cook fresh. The less processed, the healthier.

juice is terrible. it is straight sugar. milk is also not healthy unless it's almond. drinking the purest form of liquid is really best.

How about whole oats with almond milk and mixing in protein mix or shakeolgy? that's what I do. Chocolate oatmeal... omg YUM.

Definitely focus on inches. Don't overwhelm yourself and don't step on that scale daily or even weekly. Try, the first of the month for weigh in.

AHHHHH IT'S A GODSEND. Seriously. Pop 2 pounds of chicken, 1 cup of water, and low sodium fajita seasoning in that baby and BAM. Mexican night for a week! Add on whole wheat tortillas or lettuce wraps =)

Not really. Consuming a 1200 calorie meal at one time is ridiculous for ones metabolism. Maybe you have an amazing metabolism but most of us don't. That would make most people insulin levels and sugar go out of whack. The diabetic way of consuming food is the healthiest.

I politely disagree. One should eat 5-6 small meals per day to keep their metabolism up and running high!
