Here is my favorite falafel recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Seans-Falafel-and-Cucumber-Sauce/ I usually don't use all of the bread crumbs, just enough to bind it. I put this over a greek salad and use a vinegarette instead of the cucumber sauce to lightly dress it.

I agree, get it altered! A good tailor is your friend and worth the $$ when you feel great in your favorite clothes.

I try to run/jog at least 20 miles per week consistently. Doesn't matter what days or how (treadmill vs. outside) I do it as long as I get in the 20 miles. In the past, this has helped me lose inches the fastest. I try to add in two days of strength training too but it's hard because I don't like doing it.

I think there are message boards (or links) on the website for teamfinders. I will also ask around to see if I know someone with a spot open. I have done the Hood to Coast relay twice and it was so much fun and so rewarding! Good luck!
