I have not updated my weight and goals here. I am 100 lbs over weight now. I have used MFP and had been under a medically supervised diet and exercise routine and it didn't help. I didn't come to the decision lightly.

Well my mother and stepdad had thr gastric sleeve surgery and they both are doing great. Results are different for each person.

I am going to undergo gastric sleeve surgery in the next couple of weeks, (just waiting on insurance approval), and need some friends who know what life after the surgery will be like and I can always use more people in my support circle. I've done the research on this diet and my mum and i got our books on it today and the science and results are sound. And you can do it as often as you want (i.e. 1 months or 3 months). I'll be starting this diet next week. :)

I did Zumba last time I did the "I'm gonna lose weight" thing (I got depressed and stopped, but now I'm at it again) When I was doing Zumba, the DVDs that is, I was addicted after the first try. Ended up losing 15lbs and 2inches ish off my waist. I loved it and can't wait to start it again.

Me and my boyfriend have decided my "weight loss reward" will be going to take Ballroom Dancing lessons...and a lovely new wardrobe!

it smells delicious. Just waiting on it to cool down. Puttin' the mint and tangerines (I used oranges cause the store didn't have good tangerines) add some good natural flavor into it.

I'm not trying this because it was on Dr. Oz show, honestly i've never even watched the show. I was looking up good-tasting drinks that combine natural ingredients to boost metabolism. Mint by itself has a LOT of natural benefits. I went to Massage therapy school and I'm avid in trying to do things Naturally.

Update: I just made this drink, now I'm waiting for it to cool down and have all the juices fuse together, and it already smells GREAT!
