  • Depending on who makes it it has more calcium than milk the one I use only 35 cal, no sugar only 1 carb, 2.5 g of fat (good). Plus shelf life is awesome although I use mine up no worries like the one I have now does not expire till June 19. It is made by SILK called Pure Almond I use it everyday for making my protein…
