Be more active on weekends. I have the same issues so I signed my kids up for a sat class at the ymca. So while they are in class I workout. This was the first sat we did this worked out pretty good.

I just started c25k as well. Its hard for me to stay running for a long so im trying to build it up. I am doing 5k with niece this spring and I want to run the whole thing. I did one this winter with her and walk/jog a lot so a change is coming lol
