Drinking is definitely a cheat for me, so many calories! The only way I can make it not a cheat is if I just don't eat that day and only drink vodka/diet coke. I wish there was a 0 calorie alcohol!!! :(

I'm seeing a dietician regularly right now, for eating issues. She's actually been really helpful with meal ideas that don't go over my fear calorie level, but still provide a lot of nutrition! I think if you find someone good it's a great idea. :)

Healthy choice lasagna is 270 calories and insanely filling, I can't even eat the whole thing in one dinner! :) I love it!!
