I like steak. And chicken. And fish. Period. As with meat-eaters, vegetarians can also have a poor diet. People are free to choose what they want to eat and why they want to eat it. I like shrimp cocktail as an app before a steak. But that's just me. But I wouldn't eat a cat. That's not for me.

I calculated everything through here and it told me, with the deficit I chose, to eat 1200. I make sure to NET 1200 a day and I'm good. I've been losing steady for a couple weeks. How about a high fiber cereal, eggs (you can hard boil them and have them in the fridge), greek yogurt and fruit, even a whole grain english muffin with peanut or another nut butter. If you are going to go the "bar" route, try one that is low in sugar. I like the Pure Protein brand.

Squats and lunges. I did quite a few of those when doing P90x. My butt is actually higher than it was before. :)

I did P90x for a while.. twice. I got bored with it. I completely agree with feeling stronger. It's an empowering feeling but I was so frustrated when the weight didn't come off.
