I never did the Yoga when I did P90x. I swapped it out for Cardio X. It has a small yoga portion in the beginning of it.

I don't run and I don't bike. I like working out indoors because I can do it anytime and in any weather. My choice for being outside is to plant my butt on the beach and relax.

Power through it. I've worked out hard with cramps, with a migraine, you name it. You won't be any worse off if you do it. :)

You know what my husband got as his gift? Me. :)

Grey Goose on the rocks. :)

I didn't do the prep but I don't think it includes the HIIT workouts, just the regular cardio. TF ROCKS!

Done.

Halfway there.

Yes, I'm supported but I've decided that I am the one who makes the final decisions. I'm in control so I make sure to support myself.

Get you butt moving pal. I'm done with 25. 75 more to go. ;)

15 standard (YAY, me!) and 10 on my knees done. I'm already 1/4 of the way there!
-
I have a love/hate relationship with push-ups, but I LOVE a challenge. I'm all in!
-
Love it!
-
I'd respond with an appreciative smile and a thank you!

Thankfully I have very supportive people in my life. I also just tell them flat out that I don't want it. Good for you for not eating them. :)

I blend it with my Shakeology. YUM!
-
I usually end up having PB and reduced sugar jelly on whole wheat bread. YUM!

Start on your knees. The more you do them the better you'll get. I couldn't do a standard push up (although I could do them on my knees) when I started P90x but after 3 weeks I could do a few. Make sure your form is good. Keep your butt down!

I agree completely!

Even though you can't control what others buy, you can control what YOU get. It might not be easy to pass up the junk, but if you are going to put in the time and hard work to exercise, don't you want the most benefit from it? I hate burning a ton of calories then negating all the word I did for a piece of pizza or…

Buy a few staple pieces. That's what I just did. Congrats on not fitting into your old clothes anymore!

Grey Goose over ice with a lime. :)

Turbofire. Hands down. I love the HIITs and the music.

I find that I don't choose the bad foods if I just busted my *kitten* during a workout. This isn't to say that I haven't had slip-ups and eaten crappy. (last week) Most of the time, I can't justify to myself eating a piece of pizza after I just sweat my butt off. Counter-productive. If food is your main problem, then I say…

Modify, modify, modify. You can do it!

TurboFire is my addiction! I use my HRM to track calories burned, but if you don't have one I would log it as aerobics. HIITs would be high intensity. That's my opinion. A HRM will give you an accurate reading. I found that MFP, while in the ballpark, was on the low side. If I burned them, I earned them. I want each and…

Do you eat your exercise calories? If not, then try that. You should be netting a minimum of 1200 a day.
-
If you are cleaning all day long as part of your job you certainly wouldn't be sedentary.

I log EVERYTHING!
