You clean for 6.5 hours five days a week and you are asking if you are sedentary??????
If you are sedentary I must be in a damn near coma!0 -
If you are cleaning all day long as part of your job you certainly wouldn't be sedentary.0

lol i know it seems crazy to say I'm sedentary its just somedays we don't clean every hour sometimes its very very light cleaning so i didn't want to over estimate the wrong activity level sometimes we sit and clean so does that say still not sedentary. last week we were layback chilling cause of the holiday coming we got lazy.0

I would say you are lightly active. These numbers are just estimates, so I would suggest not getting too focused on perfectly estimating your "true" TDEE. I would suggest that you just try eating around 1600 to lose about a pound per week. After ~3 weeks, you can adjust this number up or down depending on how fast you're losing and how you feel.0

Then try eating 1800-1900 for an estimated 1/2 lb loss per week. It's better to lose slower than feel like you're starving (which will likely lead to binge eating). On top of eating more, you could always try adding a bit more exercise. Some people says it suppresses appetite, but some people say it makes them hungrier. Depends on the person. Try a few plans out and see what works for you.0
