Last batch of clothes I bought were the same size I wore when I got married- 12 years ago. :)

Most definitely!

I'm heading into week 10 of TF tomorrow. I love it with all my heart and soul. Feel free to add me. I think I'm going to do a Turbo/Chalean extreme hybrid when I'm done. :) I just don't think I can go without TF.

Good luck! Looks like you have some good goals. Add me if you'd like! :)

It's possible. I can't remember if my food diary is public or just for friends but try and check it out. I did it today and certainly didn't starve. Normally I eat back my exercise calories. It is tricky, for me, to stay within if I haven't exercise but it can be done. Friend me if you want. :)

What they said!

I personally think those threads are ridiculous. Every notice the same people post over and over and over and over..... No one is honest on there.

Honestly, I never stuck to anything until I started Turbofire. I absolutely LOVE it, look forward to it, and it kicks my *kitten* every. single. time. That, on a VERY consistent basis and eating good stuff and tracking it on here have been crucial. I also have a great support system and try to be that for others. You can…

I agree with this. This site is great for awareness. Many people THINK they are eating well. Looking up the nutritional facts on here has been an eye opener. I hope it helps! What exercise programs have you done?
-
Don't throw in the towel! Even though you have been watching your calories intake, what are you eating? My opinion.. not all foods are created equal. What are you doing for exercise?

Frozen coconut bars from Trader Joe's. O.M.G.

I think if you are looking for advice based on nutrition then it would be a good idea that your diary be public, but you are correct. It isn't anyone's business if you don't want it to be.

YES! Keep up the great work!

I wouldn't track it. I also wouldn't track cleaning or walking the mall like another poster pointed out. If you walked a couple miles outside of your normal daily routine, log it. If not, don't. We burn calories all day long. I only log my work out calories. Walking back and forth to the copier is normal everyday stuff for…

Turbofire has HIIT training. You go as hard as you can for a minute then rest for a minute. My guess is you could do it with a bunch of different exercises. TF has lots of squat jumps, jumping jacks, etc

I'm at 1200. I tend to go over a little on rest days, but on the days I work out, I eat most of those calories. If you log EVERYTHING it is easier to stay at the 1200. You'll figure out quickly what foods work and what to avoid.

I generally eat most of my exercise calories and I've had steady losses. The one week I didn't lose was when I didn't eat them. Everyone is different though, so you may need to do a bit of trial and error.

The Avengers- 5 stars

I'm not a fan of any of the Skinny Girl drinks. My go to is vodka, ice and lime. I hate to drink all of my calories.

I need to ask... Do you have children? I don't hit my child and if anyone else put their hands on my son I would lose my *kitten*. In my experience, children with behavior problems tend to have a lack of discipline and follow through at home. This is not a blanket statement. Is my son perfect,? No, but he knows what is and…

If you don't like fish, don't eat it. You could have replaced it with grilled chicken or lean steak and it's still healthy. Healthy doesn't have to mean gross. You could eat a turkey sandwich and it would be better than pizza.

2 cans, rinsed and drained juice of 1 lemon about a TBSP of olive oil 1/2 each, green and red pepper cut up a half a bunch of scallions, chopped 1 tomato, cut up 1/2-1 cup of feta, crumbled Mix, chill and enjoy!

Isn't that why she is posting here? To get different suggestions?

Dark with skim milk, no sugar. :)

I have to agree with fiveohmike, but there are plenty of other goodies out there.

If you are looking for a "butter", we eat sunflower seed butter. My son is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. Greek yogurt is a good choice if you are looking for a good, filling, non-nut food.

I'm all about the shenanigans!

Are you eating often enough?
