Be brave and strong. Don't be afraid to go to friends and family for support and motivation! Good luck :happy: The first week or so is always the hardest..unfortunately sore muscles and craving are not the best motivators, but stick with it! Remind yourself that it will be worth it in the long run

Good luck!! I feel I'm in the same boat you are..young and just trying to drop a few pounds while getting in shape. I just joined this site this week and already it seems very helpful! The positive attitudes of others are really motivating :happy:
