I'm a pear shape I think. I noticed it off my legs, upper arms, bust, face and fingers. Really need to work on my stomach though!

My fitness. I have to walk 15-20 min pretty much every day to the bus station from college so when I found I did it a lot quicker and was not out of breath at all I was delighted! Yeah mine was about 6 lbs! I had a tooth taken out and couldn't eat as much as I used to because it was painful. Since then it's carried on and I've snacked less, I've lost a stone now! Congrats on your loss btw. :)

I lost 10 lbs within just over a month before joining this site and my friends noticed but I didn't really. I think they only noticed because I had lost it fairly quickly and I hadn't seen them much over that period of time but I still don't notice it. I can sort of see a small difference in my face and legs but nowhere…
