I love this thread. I am not a runner. I am a swimmer. I ran a mile without stopping the other day. The last time I did that I was 16ish. I have no real desire to eat out period! Every single time I do I just think about how I could make something better at home.

I think that is awesome! I have to say I really really agree. I lost a significant amount of weight after the birth of my second child. I really allowed myself to lose heart about that accomplishment because I felt that my body was not good enough. I put all the weight back on, plus some. I am very determined this time…

I don't even like the word "cheat". I think for me it insinuates something less permanent. If I am going to do this, then I just need to build things into my diet that I like. Also, I have in the past eaten a days worth of calories in one cheat day.
