You might just be gettin used to what you are doing? Did ur work out used to be hard and now u are used to it? Maybe your body is just comfortable now. You should probably push yourself harder in your work out. But 1 pound is great. Any loss is great loss.

I found this article on swelling of muscles/retaining water when you have just worked out or are sore. I think this is my problem, seems like MANY people have this problem. This is a good reason to not worry about my gain after my CRAZY sore thighs (thanks Bob Harper Kettle Bell work out).…

I am no expert, but I am wondering if you used tap water? Mine HRM specifically says DO not use tap water to get the strap wet. I'm not sure why. I think it said to use spit or they sell specific water made for it. Could that be it?
