So you still increase the weight even though it is difficult to complete the last two reps? Right now I do 3 sets of 10 of everything and the last ones are still hard to complete.

My most recent NSV is pretty little, but huge depending on how you look at it. After taking a week and half long hiatus from the gym and eating healthy I went to the gym again today. Little steps.

IDK if anyone suggested this, but pretzels aren't too terrible, hard boiled eggs, LARA bars are really yummy and they don't have any extra ingredients in them.

Please add me... I have over 100 to lose ultimately. I just had my second baby & I'm ready for this transformation. Next week I'll be released to exercise from my doctor. Right now I'm looking forward to getting out of the 270s!

The reason I'm asking is because for so long I have never realized something. I'm MUCH more successful at weight loss when I workout in the evening. I've never heard of such a thing (day-home). Wouldn't your children be there like 12 hours if you drop them off early and then get them after you close? I just feel guilty, but so far thats the best solution. We have an actual day care and I'm not sure we can have her there that long, but thats a great way to have the same…

Thats a really good idea. I can also do that. Any idea on a way to make it a scheduled time every day? The routine is really what I'm looking for. Not just time for exercise same time, but time for shower same time, time for cleaning same time, just a daily routine. Thank you for your helpful reply :)

I think I somewhat feel the same way that I always think I look find until I see a picture, but recently I lost 25 pounds and I feel like my body looks exactly the same. I know it is not but I feel like it is.

I am a sales rep at a retail store and I stand pretty much all day, but I don't get to walk a lot. Most of the time I am standing in the same place or leaning. Before this I was a waitress and I always was thinner and had an easier time losing weight because I was constantly walking.
