VERY GOOD TOPIC! Yep, totally agree. I like to say that weight loss is like taking off nail polish... sometimes it comes off a little easier if you put a fresh coat on top of whatever has been there a little while. LOL

Did good yesterday I started out at like 226 and today I woke up at 221.4, so no the real trouble starts! =)

Have you tried keeping a water bottle or reusable cup with you? It helps me A LOT.

I was 262 and I started out by trying to eat healthier and then I started the C25K program. You can jog/run as slow as you want to and that was what I wanted to do because I want to run a race at the end of January. But...anything that gets your heart rate up.

Both your ladies can do it! I'm a mom of 1 and I've gotten all the baby weight off plus some! I was already kinda big when I had my daughter. I was 240 when I got pregnant 279 when I had my daughter and now I'm 219! YOU CAN DO IT. Good luck!
