Don't know if anyone else said this...but calories are calories is the way I look at it, but I'm not a nutritionist or anything like that.

Its doable! The 1st time I did it I had to stop about 15 minutes in, but the next time I did great. But I will say it is kinda hard on the joints! Let me know if you decide to do it. :)

If you have an android or apple phone, download the app! Track everything!!! Take one thing at a time. Something I have just learned myself: Don't focus on the # (weight) focus on being healthy (staying under cals) and exercising and the weight will come off. :) Add me as a friend if you like!!

I agree! Sometimes its really hard for me to do it thought. I do something similar with my bank account. When I spend too much money I avoid looking online. LOL Good JOB! :)

Girl, Let me tell you!! When I wake up I always weigh like 4 lbs less than I did the night before. This morning I weighed 5 lbs less than I did last night. I'm sure you didn't gain weight, its just because you have eaten. :)

Mine too! I don't understand it and when I ask why he didn't do anything he will say "well I vacuumed!" or some activity that takes less than 20 minutes. Okay so I should net at or over 1200 calories? Should that be my goal?? I was originally not eating any and I was losing weight. Then I started eating them ALL back...and so I stopped eating them at all because I stopped losing weight.
