Thanks a lot. Now that I can see them up together next to ea other, I see it in my arms a little bit. I think maybe my dress is bunched up in the 2nd red one. I was really upset at first.

Good for you and your dog!!! :) That is so cute that he knows. I used to wear the same sneakers everytime I took my dog on a walk, so if she saw/smelled those sneakers on me...she was HYYYYYPER until I got her out the door. She knew what time it was.

I was actually wondering the same thing, but I'm wondering about upper thighs. The lower part of my thighs I don't have trouble with from walking and elliptical. :)

I have like an obsession with weighing myself, so I can't really help you with this one. I ALWAYS weigh myself, like 2-4 time a day.

Hello!!! I have tons of goals as far as weight goes. I make weekly goals, bi weekly goals, and so on. My ultimate goal is based on how I looked and what I looked like when I was 155ish lbs. Okay talk about obsessed with the scale... that is me. I weigh myself multiple times a day. I only really pay attention to the scale the first time in the morning, but I usually weigh myself probably 2-4 times a day. When I'm on track and I don't feel like I have messed up I think I weigh myself less often.

You could TOTALLY buy healthy snacks and prebag them...things your like. But bag them in portions so you can't/won't eat more than that. One snack I really like is pineapple in a can, those kashi bars are good too! Good luck!

I am a firm believer that you can eat whatever you like, you just have to account for it and eat smaller portions. :) So my advice to you would be to INDULGE, but don't over indulge. Also, knowing the calories of something before you eat it helps a lot too. For examples I eat and Einstein Bros bagel and cream cheese for…

Its mostly because it doesn't want you to eat too few calories and lose weight TOO fast. I usually am under my calorie goal of the day too.
