You might also try making substitutions for foods that you can in your meals so you have more room for snacks?

Have you tried eating things with protein as snacks?? I try to make sure all my snacks have protein or I'm just starving 2 seconds later. So I add low sodium peanut butter to my food (like an apple) or I eat Kashi Dark Chocolate Almond bars.

Yayyyyy!! I'm on my way to my 20 pounds. Since the challenge has begun I've lost 7 pounds! I'm 1 pound away from 40 lb lost and 3 pounds away from my 10 lb goal too!!

I agree witht Jillian's 30 day shred. I think you can get it for very cheap, it only takes like 28 minutes a day or whatever & you tone and lose a lot!

You should try kettle bells! If you do it right, they can be a cardio workout & strength. I think they are terrific for toning. How tall are you?

Sunday- 1.5 miles (walk) Wednesday- 2.2 miles (walk/run) Thursday- 2.2 miles (walk/run) Total- 5.9 miles-- I'm close, but at least I did some, I usually don't do any. I know tomorrow I'll get in some walking miles & Saturday & Sunday, but I think I'll only make it to 12! A for effort!

My grandma had lap band surgery and it didn't really work. I think the other surgery is a better option.
