Well if you are exercising that much and not eating all the calories it tells you then you probably aren't getting enough food. You should eat back at least some of your exercise calories. Don't starve yourself.

Hello everyone. Thank you for the responses. I contacted the seller and she is giving me the information of others who were interested. The little dog is adorable, but I just cannot handle it. The original owner will be out of town until July 12. I'm not sure if they will take her back or not. I'm just nervous.

I could be completely wrong and everyone says something different about eating your exercise calories, but maybe you should try eating less of your exercise calories? Try only eating half of them or something and see if that makes a difference. It could be that your heart rate monitor (or however you calculate calories) is…

YOu feel guilty because you are SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR FAILURE!! I eat a very low amount of calories/day (doctor recommended) but I don't feel bad for eating if I eat the normal amount of calories.
