Im sorry to add, when my sister in law lost a lot of weight I failed to notice. I think it is because I never looked at her weight so it didnt matter to me whether she was overweight or not. I never scanned her body for weight loss. That is probably what happened with your friends. I try to be more considerate these days.…

If you exercise you can eat more food. I love it and so for I have not been hungry.
