  • Thanks for the reply, its clear that the 1790 calories per day is way low. I checked 4 websites with required calorie calculator and for my height/weight/age/activity I should be eating 2,300 to stand still. So I need to ramp it up to at least 3000 per day with some healthy foods. Really appreciate the advice though.

  • Hi thanks very much.I am 5ft 7 and weight 73.5kg (162lb) and I set it to gain 0.5lb per week with my goal as 80kg (176lb). This is to start with I'd like to put on more.
