If it's the regular 30-minute housecleaning then I don't consider it as exercise, but if it takes 2hrs and makes me sweat... then yes, I log it.

I like to go jogging in the evening when people are dining or later (sometimes it's already dark). There are not many people out at that time so it helps me. Otherwise I often feel too anxious to go, so I'd rather do it late than not at all. I hope you'll get better eventually :flowerforyou:

Bonsoir!! A ma connaissance il n'y a pas d'exercices proposés du genre mode d'emploi -- par contre tu peux consigner des exercices que tu fais pour suivre tes dépenses caloriques^^

It depends if you'll be eating out or have some home-made meals, or both. You can find anything you want for cooking in France so it shouldn't be diffficult to log. Personnally I find a lot of french foods in the database ;)

You should really try PURE argan oil (organic if you can). Not some mix of whatever oils+argan. It has been used for centuries in the Oriental beauty care.
