I get up between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m. every morning to fit it in. Night time is too crazy. There is never enough time for a workout. My little tricks that help me are that I set my clock 20 minutes fast and set my alam clock for 30 min before i actually need to get up. It is never "easy" to get out of bed, especially really…

I have to be at work at 6 a.m. so I start my workouts at 3 a.m. I never eat before them. I get sick if I have any food in me. This mornings Tapout workout was called Hurl. I think if I had any food in my stomach I would have :) You are doing great. Whatever works best for you is what you should do.

Yes, it is hard1 It ranges between 38 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. It is the best workout I have ever done. I have completed 3 rounds of it and I am addicted! Shaun T is fantastic! When I first started I could barely make it through the warm up. I can't believe how far I have come since then. All the other workouts…

The first time I did Insanity, I had to sit down after the warm up so I didn't pass out. trust me, by the end of the 60 days you will be able to do sooo much more. If you watch the videos, even the people in the video take breaks. Shaun T even tells them to go sit down. As Tony Horton says"do your best and forget the rest"

He plays with the labradoodle puppy next door (she is 5 days younger than him) she is so fast, she runs circles round him. He…

I got stopped by the airport security guards (both female) and they asked me if I workout. They wanted arms like mine! I talked with them for 20 minutes about Insanity. I am thinking Shaun T might want to give me a commision :)

I finished it through twice and finished Asylum. Just started Insanity over and I am in my second week. It still kicks my butt, but it is my favorite of all the beachbody workouts. The time just flys by because you are always doing something different.
