I found that if I just kept on walking, they went away the further I walked. It took a month or so before they were completely gone. If I stop walking for any length of time, I get them again when I start up but they do go away after a couple of weeks. Best thing for me is to never stop walking.

This above is a wonderful idea. Start cooking super healthily and invite her for walks or other activities that are low impact to start with. If you take over the cooking, shopping, and keep the junk food out of the house, the temptation won't be there. Good luck!

I used to gain 5 lbs each and every time. Very frustrating when you are trying so hard to lose.

Exercise will raise it and that is probably why mine is so good. I walk over 9 km a day and over 12 km on the weekend. A friend and I walk each day without fail.

I definitely would do another. I was quite surprised to find out that we could have gone further. We didn't want to but we could have. I expected to be exhausted at the end of that and we weren't. And this morning, I am not sore. Another surprise although I was pretty stiff for the rest of the day yesterday.

In Canada, I love the Oikos, even the fat free kind. However, I made the mistake of buying Oikos in the US instead of the Chobani that I usually get at Sam's Club and it was inedible. It had a horrible after taste. I have no idea why the same company would made great greek yogurt in Canada but disgusting stuff in the US.
