  • I keep a food scale at my boyfriends so when I visit I can weigh the foods. Otherwise I agree with asking him to write down the recipes. And if his food is really rich, just make sure you have a lot of veg and a smaller amount of the main course.

  • what is the exercise? if you did lifting then it's listed under "strength training" as a general concept. If you did some cardio that isn't there you can always create your own exercise and put in how many calories you burned based off of your HRM or another website telling you what the average burn should be.

  • Realistically you can probably lose about 5 pounds at most. I agree with the alterations suggestions. You will look great on your wedding day, so make sure you feel comfortable. You want to enjoy your day!
