Yeah I bought it with the intention of freezing it (which I did) but when i cooked it....it just disintegrated. This was steak at about $12/pound so I was excited because I don't get red meat a lot. Maybe I just got really unlucky. No dog, and even if I did I wouldn't feed it to him.

if you have a heart rate monitor, I would wear it and see what you burn! When I did Zumba I burned about 500 calories in an hour. When i do the treadmill I burn about 200 in half an hour. hope that helps!

If you enjoy cardio, do it. I personally love lifting. Progressive overload will help you lift more if you are interested. It is better to move than not to move.

I also have an Excel spreadsheet that I log my weight everyday. I also track my daily calorie totals there and a few other measurements. Generally any weight flux is within a half pound to a pound and it is slowly but surely going down. I agree with @jemhh. pick one: everyday or periodically and log either way.

Wow great job! If you continue at about 5 pounds a week U think you will get to about 310 by New Years. That's still aggressive.
