Are you sure he didn't say 275 calories as opposed to grams? 275 cals would be about 70g of protein which is actually adequate for the average woman...
I think that Traveler might be on to something. Maybe he misspoke and said grams when he meant calories. Because 275 grams of pure protein is 1,100 calories.0
