I am loving the honesty - I am honestly just curious as I log everything including sugar free drinks and no cal stuff! I saw a quote from someone on here that said ' If I bite it, I write it' meaning everything that goes in her mouth she logs! I love it!

It has just confused me! We are always being told that 2000 calories for women and 2500 for men is recommended.
