  • ^ This. Calorie trackers from exercise are notoriously inaccurate so many ppl only eat back 50-70%, just to be on the safe side. Though others eat back 100% of the exercise calories with no problem.

  • I'm one of those people that when I'm down around my ideal weight BMI says that I'm overweight even though my body may be really tight and muscular. I just stopped caring what it said. And I mean, does it really matter? I know when I'm fat and when I'm not. Right now I'm fat.
  • Coke, Root Beer, Sprite, Cream Soda, Nestea and a couple of others all have zero calorie versions. So for ppl that aren't ready, or willing to just give up soda completely there is a nice broad range of soda options for you.
