I’m all about the jeans selection at Fashion Nova. They are all cut for small waist + big booty/thighs, which is how I’m built even BEFORE I compound the issue with lifting. Sooo much stretch in the legs, but also don’t get all stretched out and baggy.

I absolutely hate the idea of negative adjustments. So what I do is set myself as sedentary and have positive adjustments every day. I prefer the idea of baseline calories plus bonus calories. I shop at two main clothing stores, one does sizes in misses (2/4/6/8/10 etc) the other in juniors (1/3/5/7/9 etc). Completely doable. You don’t need exercise in order to lose weight, you just need to eat fewer calories than you burn, and you burn calories simply by being alive.

Before I got my Fitbit I would never actively log things like cleaning as exercise. And I never “start” a workout on my Fitbit when I’m cleaning or something. But I trust my Fitbit to just track my activity and adjust accordingly.

I could be wrong, but I THINK they’re talking about cutting carbs before competition day in order to dry out. You know, cut down on bloating in order for your muscle definition to really pop.

Eat ALL the carbs! Hahaha. Carbs are delicious AND they’re wonderful for energy. The only time I avoid rice/bread/pasta is when I’m on the verge of a weight goal and don’t want to be held up for a week with water weight. But that’s just because I retain water really easily. Seeing 179lb on the scale. I feel like I should have hit it already this past month with my eating, but I ended up losing inches instead of scale weight, which is great, but I REALLY want to hit the 170s.

Hmmm, I’m about 69lb down and I bounce a lot more. Like, I do this skip-jump-bounce thing going down flights of stairs. And I’m pretty bouncy when I go up stairs. And I take super long speedy strides when I walk.
