Oh I’m sorry, I read your original post as your goal being to LOSE 150lb. Depending on genetics you might not actually have much loose skin at all. Don’t let the fear of what MAY happen stop you before you’ve begun.

Guys, a snatched waistline means a tight small waist. The term is being used a LOT in the US these days not just the UK. It’s simply not widespread and common yet because it’s mostly being used in the fitness community. She’s not talking about the “naughty” version of the word.

I love a great crusty French bread, a nice rich sourdough or this amaaaaazing giant cheesy bun that they make at my grocery store. But there are not calorie info on it so I’ve been too affied to buy the cheese buns while I’m trying to lose. If I was told they were 800 calories each I would TOTALLY believe it.

I eat regularity during the week but on weekends sometimes I skip a meal (like yesterday) sometimes I skip two, just depends on how I’m feeling. If I’m not hungry I don’t bother because i know I’ll eventually have an extra hungry day. Sometimes I bank calories for a special occasion or for eating out.

Tinned smoked oysters on crackers turned out to be really good. They were in oil though, I wonder how many calories... Anyway, it was years ago but this thread makes me want to go find some. But I don’t think I’ve tried sardines yet. Maybe I’ll put them in the shopping list this week.

Yuuup. My favorite rice crackers say a serving size is 8 crackers. But by weight it’s always only 7. It was a total bummer of a discovery.
