I track Coke Zero because I track the sodium under my micros. Splenda packs are not zero calories they are 4 calories each. Pam is not zero call, it's 4 calories per half second spray, etc.

Are you just using the same light weight, same sets, same reps for a year? Because that's not going to do much for you...

What a freakin creeper! That's a good way to get hit upside the head with one of my 50lb dumbbells. Don't creep out the female lifters that use 50lb dumbbells cause guess what, we may actually have the strength to swing those things higher than you think! Fricken gym creepers. Don't mess with our gainz.

Hmmmm. I've been all over the scale and have never felt treated any differently no matter my weight. But I also act the same no matter my weight so maybe that helps? Outgoing, bubbly, flirty, and confident even after I gained 100lbs. Guys still flirt and hold doors open for me or offer to buy me drinks. Women weren't mean…

Basically the best reason ever to lose weight. Oh man, when I hit goal weight my costumes will be epic. You look fabulous!

Leg press. Leg extensions. Leg curls. Lat pulldowns.

Rule 1: Don't hog the free weights I'm not saying you were. I'm just responding to the part where you said you don't know gym etiquette. So if I walk in and you've horded a pile of 12lb, 15lb, 20lb and 25lb dumbbells in a little pile next to you for your workout, I'd be thinking "Dude, what the eff?" Anyone else have any…

I'm actually sitting at work watching InuYasha right now, lol

Maybe 5 pounds? I lose inches faster than pounds so I'm down a pants size every 3 weeks or so.

*snicker* yeah "Love" muscle loss. Cause you know, he's worried about impotence. Lol. Dont hate me, I've been up all night on a graveyard shift and found this hilarious.

Oh yeah, I just meant it's not a huge temperature difference from here. So if I dress for BC cold and wet weather I should be fine. So as long as I bring my layers and gear it's not like it will be a crazy temperature shock, like when I visit family in the Caribbean or when I was up north in Nunavut in the middle of winter…

Will do! I figure the weather won't be too different from BC, Canada + the unpredictable Vancouver rain. So I'll just layer like mad!

Oh it's still nearly impossible for me to shop locally but this year I've learned about a few online shops in the US like FashionNova that offer really curvy fit jeans. And since the US is closer than Brazil I consider it a win, lol. (I'm in Canada). I can find some pants that generally fit here but I still get the huge…

I'm going to be doing that next fall! I'm so excited. I'll be staying in Balloch and plan on hiking through the Trossachs National Park.

As someone who naturally has huge t*ts a big butt and a small waist can I just say that I'm GLAD my body shape is in vogue for once? I grew up feeling like a complete freak of nature. I was built COMPLETELY differently from all the other girls in my class. No one had wide hips. No one had big thighs. Finding clothing that…

Tell your kids to get over it. If you need to google nutritional info or search the MFP database for restaurant info simply explain to them that your healthy is very important to you right now and this is what you need to do to stay on track. The more confident you feel in your weight loss choices the less you will care…

I have to watch sodium as well. It can elevate my blood pressure as well as give me REALLY bad headaches. Original V8s have so much sodium in them that if I drink one I get really sick with a horrible headache right away.

I absolutely love my Fitbit Charge 2. I can be a total data junky so I love tracking my steps and workouts. I love that I no longer have to use my timer on my phone when I work out. I basically just love it.

Soooo do you also believe that a kilowatt is not a kilowatt? A calorie is a unit of energy, that is ALL. And changing the name of an exercise to something that it's not because "millennials"? That makes absolutely no sense.

The UA website has had some sort of sale or another going on every day for the last 2 months (when I started checking out the brand). So I got my tank tops on sale and paid full price for the pants simply because I didn't like the colours of the ones that were on sale. I don't even want to try to imagine a world where I…

I live in a city with few decent shopping options so online shopping helps otherwise I'd with have to either go naked or look like a tacky ill-fitted hobo most of the time. Again this is where knowing your body shape and clothing style becomes invaluable. I went from "impossible to shop online," to "having a decent chance…

Exactly. You can pry my UA workout capris out of my cold dead hands.
-
Exactly. My current measurements correlate to when I was 10lbs lighter a couple of years ago simply because I'm working out in a different way right now. You can't just look at an actor or some random person on the street and assume to know what's going on with their weight because we all carry it differently. And even…

Oh my god. I was just watching the Mad Men episode where they came up with the "It's Toasted" marketing campaign.

I don't like wasting calories on drinks so if I want a flavorful beverage I enjoy water drops or sometimes a Coke Zero. Though this thread made me really crave a zero calorie cream soda. Maybe I'll sneak a can into the movies tonight, lol. I don't think that diet sodas make you fat. But I can understand how a person NOT…

Knowing your shape can be really helpful when it comes to narrowing down clothing styles that will be flattering on you. This is especially helpful when you're shopping online and can't try something on first. Especially if you are trying a new cut, style, or brand. Personally I'm incredibly difficult to fit correctly due…

1...2...3... 3 calories, MOAHAHAHA! So yeah, calorie counting. No specific diet plan. Just eating fewer calories than I burn, trying to eat nutrient dense foods, and fitting in yummy treats that I enjoy. *And high 5 to anyone that got the Count reference. Ahhhhh childhood.

Yeah, bottom heavy hour glass, or pearglass would probably work too! Lol I'm a top heavy hourglass. But my waist to bust is usually only about 1"-2" larger than my waist to hip. You are +9" for your waist as well as your hips. And your hip difference being 4" larger than your bust isn't SO large of a difference on top of…
