Yup this morning I had chicken thigh as part or my pre-gym mini meal.
-
Yup, don't force yourself to eat foods you hate in order to lose weight. *Thinks back to the lemon meringue pie I had this morning*

I gave someone a woo because I saw the smiley face and thought it was short for woo-hoo! I kind of love that it's dual use. Are people cheering you on or calling you out? Can you tell? OMG!

Every time I see a drop. I know that weight fluctuates and why (for me), so right now all I care about tracking is my drops. This keeps my numbers clean and lets me more quickly calculate if I'm losing at my expected rate of loss.
-
Oooo going to look for it!

Everyone loses at a different rate. If you're constantly challenging yourself and working hard then don't worry about comparing yourself to anyone else, just keep rocking you!

Yes binge eating can be a disorder, it's one that I've suffered from and still struggle with. Well not as much lately but it's a battle. I went from Bulemia to Binge Eating to mostly recovered with BED tendencies. I'm also an emotional eater so that can trigger a binge if I'm not very careful. But all of that is MUCH…

Big tummy, back fat. I have always carried a lot of my excess weight in my stomach and on my back. Ugh. Well I carry it all over but those are the only two places I'm self conscious about. My huge butt and thick thighs? Don't even care, love them.

I was never a yolk kid either! Hard boiled eggs when I was younger? The yolks were a necessary evil to me. It's probably why I have no problem at all eating just egg whites these days for my deficit. It just doesn't feel like a big loss to not eat a whole egg.

Yup just a method of feeling full. I'm a recovering ED sufferer, bulimia and binge eating. When I restrict calories and eat tiny meals because they are full of calorie dense ingredients it can be a slippery slope into food obsession. Learning how to volume eat while in a deficit really helps me to stay sane and keep from…

5'7" hourglass body type. When I was around 150-160lb (fit) I wore a size 10 in jeans. Also the best fitting jeans for me were from Brazil because they gave more room in the butt, now it's easier to find the cut in North America as "curvy" style I think. I can't see myself EVER being below a size 8. Even hitting an 8 seems…

Right now I'm just taking the time to track my loss against my estimated calorie burn, so I'm not eating back my exercise calories. After a couple of months I can compare the data and see how accurate it is. So far it looks like I can eat back about 2/3 of what it says I can but I'm going to give it a bit more time.

When I was at the symphony last winter, after the performance they offered these amazing orange and earl grey tea infused gin martinis. It was probably the single most delicious drink I've ever had. I don't even like gin! I've always been a vodka martini girl. The bergamot in the earl grey tea just made the drink sing. But…

I buy my bras every time I drop a bra size. I don't have a choice in the matter. So I'm currently a 38K but my underbust is now down to 37". When I'm at 36" I'll measure my bust (which takes AGES to lose) and when it's shrunk enough I'll grab a 36K. Thankfully I have some 34K on hand from when I was a lower weight. After…

Yup! I bloat like crazy. I go from hourglass to straight up and down. My waist completely disappears for a while.
-
That is so sad. You just never know when or how your time will come.

I work graveyards so my logging would look really confusing to someone else if they were to watch me eat and try to figure out what makes something a Tuesday food vs a Wednesday food when both are being eaten on Wed morning only a few hours apart. But like above posters said, it's about consistency. Your body doesn't work…

Looks like I'm making brownies!

Oh my god! I'm not really a sports person so I don't actively watch competitions like this but I might have to start because this is awesome!
-
Nooooope. I work it into my day. I may have a very special occasion and for those I just try to cap myself at maintenance.
-
Meal prep. I've been doing my work week's worth of meals all at a time which has REALLY helped. New gym. My gym is 2 blocks away. Being able to go home after a 10 hour graveyard shift, decompress for an hour and then walk to the gym has been invaluable for getting me there 3 days a week. I can literally see my condo from…

Well that was just amazing.

My love for you just got scary... *skips off to go find low calorie baked goods*

Sooooo now I'm going to go find chicken hot dogs... And YAAAAAAS my people!! Over the next few days I'm going all in on the eggplant. Super low calorie and high potassium. Eggplant, low calorie pasta sauce (I go for Classico Tomato and Basil as it's 45 cals for a 1/2 cup) and some melted cheese on top. 1lb of eggplant, 8oz…

This calls for THE HIGHEST OF FIVES! Awesome work!

I'll probably get around to it one day but I was blessed with high prominent glutes and powerful thighs so I can skip thrusts and not really feel bad about it if I don't want to do it. Though I probably will to challenge myself. My bottom half has always been really strong (and blessedly perky even at my largest). High…

Deadlifts for life! *Squats are so overexposed these days but yeah they're great too. Hip thrusts are supposed to be amazing but I honestly just can't be bothered.

Is there a specific reason you want to do body part splits? I'm in the full body 3x week camp. I do weights Mon/Wed/Friday. Find a good beginner strength program and follow it. I started in my home as well and then when I maxed out my dumbbells (as I have neither the room nor the money for a home gym) I started going to…

Oh my god, I hope this is mentioned in pretty much every debate on this forum now. I didn't think it would leave that other thread but it has! IT'S ALIIIIIVE!
