  • Well you can certainly make it from scratch but I only do that on special occasions. I tend to just buy Classico brand alfredo sauce in a jar. It's actually pretty low calorie. So I do alfredo sauce, maybe add some extra garlic and red pepper, some parmasean cheese, 8oz of chicken or pork loin and the noodles.
