I do breakfast smoothies sometimes. -1.5cups PC 4 berry blend (blue, black, straw, rasp) - Protein powder - 3 ice cubed - 1 cup water (or coconut water if I'm feeling frisky) This is my favorite go to but there are SO MANY different types of smoothies you can make. I work nights as well. I eat 7pm/12am/3am/sometimes 5am depending/7am only on gym days for a pre workout protein boost.

Hmmm my gym is women only and I only joined a week ago. The closest I've gotten to being hit on was this morning when a lady who saw me there last week commented on how awesome my Doctor Who t-shirts are (I have 3), how her husband is English and their love for Doctor Who as well... Ok, I LOVE the programs, some of thems are tons of fun. I love the team beachbody website. It's GREAT for tracking your workouts and your progress. Other than that I strictly do my own nutrition. I would never buy their meal plans or shakeology or anything like that.

I weigh every day, "official" weigh ins are Friday's, but I only LOG when I see a drop.

The simple fact that Im feeling low about it is my motivation to continue. If I don't see inches lost or weight drop for a week or 2 and I start feeling twitchy that's what motivates me to keep going. I have PLANS for this body and I refuse to stand in my own way.

It's quite possible that water retention is covering any weight loss. I can be carrying 5lbs of water at any given time. Also for me at 5'7 working out 3 days a week 1,700 would make my weight loss seem soooooo slooooooow. Yeah, no doubt. I try to not take it for granted, but obviously I kinda did which is why I have to lose weight now. The scale crept up and I kept looking fab and then BAM! Put on 80lbs and now I'm screwed and have to pay the price.
