Under Armour. The Fly By capris are amazing and they have a zipper pocket which I looooove. There is a specific Threadborne tank I love as too. There are a bunch of other pieces I have my eye on as well. I just love the fit and feel.

I warm up in microwave. Depending on what I’m eating I may just heat it up in the container or I may use a plate (but I work in a hotel so I have access to anything I need, like a steak knife lol).

Very true! Some gyms are a great price. I know that in a lot of places the YMCA is an affordable option, but in my city it’s actually really expensive. The nicer gym I go to is actually cheaper than the Y. I agree that if people are looking to get into fitness they shouldn’t be afraid to shop around.

I actually like them. As an Asian noodle they work best in Asian style dishes. I’ll do a tomato or alfredo pasta with them but they are great with things like sweet Pad Thai sauce or spicy Thai sauces. Or sometimes I’ll do a curry sauce.

A single egg per person? That’s just crazy talk! I use egg whites now instead of whole eggs, but even still, I use about 1cup of egg whites. Ummmm, I burn about 800 calories walking around 8km every morning. And I’m not in “super-bad shape”. So yeah, I think I’m going to count that as cardio, thanks. I take things a day at a time but I balance weekly. So if say on Monday I’m just not very hungry or I ate low calorie high volume food, and I’m 200 calories short I just let it go and “Bank” those calories. Then if I’m extra hungry on Thursday I can eat an extra 200 calories and it all balances out. But I never think to…
