I think it ultimately comes down to your commitment level. While 70 lbs in 9'ish months isn't impossible, it also isn't going to be easy. Well I did 11 yesterday after I did 114 through my program. Still going strong. Still pretty easy.

Haven't done todays yet, will do so when I get home. Yesterday completed day 2 along with my "Push ups" program on my Android. I believe it was 13 15 15 16 16 15 13 11... plus my 2 for a total of 116 all using push up bars.

When I was in high school I watched The Crow very regularly. Loved that movie. Others include Matrix, Gladiator, Fight Club, Bull Durham, Batman Dark Knight, Usual Suspects and a few others I'm sure.

Weekdays I usually get around 6, weekends I try and get 8.

I've cut my carbs down and instead eat more protein at breakfast and that really helps. When I used to eat cereal for breakfast I would definitely be hungry an hour or so later. Carbs did nothing but make me hungry.

You can calculate them using the BMR in the tools section, or you can manually set them using the custom settings in the Goals section. It does its own calculation if you use the Guided route based off of your height, weight and activity level.

Possibly not eating enough calories. Maybe try and cut your carbs in the calories you do eat down a little. Are you exercising? If you are, then I'd say you definitely need to eat some of your exercise calories back. Stick with it, it'll come.

I drink beer quite a bit. While I would rather have a nice IPA or a big Porter or Stout, if I'm going to have more than 1-2, I usually drink Miller Lite. I'm 5'11" and currently weigh 188 or so. I am trying to get down to 170 and I would feel pretty thin at that weight. I graduated high school at 165 so I haven't been 150 in a long long time. If he is healthy and 150, good for him.

Agree Completely. I lowered my carbs to under 100g and everything started falling into place.

My opinion is that if you are really trying to eat healthier, then cereal should be cut out. Cheerios, while low in calories is still crazy high in sugar. I've completely cut cereal, along with most breads out of my diet and started losing weight instantly. I try and keep my carb count under 100g and have had pretty good…
